Hi, I’m Nicole! My background in luxury yachting and five-star hospitality inspired the way I approach hosting today. I’ve spent years traveling the world and learning that the best stays are the ones where the little details have already been thought of for you.

As a real estate investor, licensed captain, and mom, I created Nauti Dutch Rentals to offer thoughtfully designed homes where families and friends can slow down, feel at home, and make incredible memories together. From beach days and boating to family getaways and wedding weekends, my goal is simple: to create the kind of stay I would want for my own family.
